Recipe - Lemon Dessert

Lemon Dessert Recipe from "Hats off to Women" dinner:
Crust:
¼ c melted butter
1 pkg. Graham crackers – crushed
1 TBS powdered sugar
Save ½ cup crust mixture. Press remaining crust mixture into a 9 x 13 pan.

Filling:
1 – 3oz Lemon jello
1 – 12oz carton cool whip
1 tsp vanilla
1 c hot water
1 – 8oz cream cheese - softened
1 c powder sugar
1 tsp Lemon juice
Dissolve Jello in hot water – cool. Mix softened cream cheese, vanilla, sugar, lemon juice and cool whip. Add cooled Jello. Spread over crust. Sprinkle ½ cup crust over top. Refrigerate until set, at least 4 hours.
