mail a letter
give them a treat
send a text
perform a service
call them on the phone
pick a flower and give it to them
leave a note listing things you appreciate about them
loan them your favorite book
share a conference talk with them that has your favorite passages marked and a couple thoughts written at the end
discuss what you are grateful for
write down a family recipe and share it with them
pray for them
