Coleslaw

1 pkg coleslaw mix
1/2 c mayonnaise
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp red wine vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 c sunflower seeds (optional)
1 c craisins (optional)
Combine all ingredients and stir to coate the coleslaw. Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 hour before serving.
