(If you don't know where to get Quinoa you can go to Whole Foods or a Health Food Store)

In a large bowl, combine the following ingredients:
3 cups cooked small shell pasta
1/2 c celery
1 can drianed pineapple tidbits or dices
1/2 c shredded coconut (optional)
1 c cooked red quinoa
1/2 c chopped green onions
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
Hone Lime Salad Dressing:
1 c mayonnaise
1 TBSP dijon mustard
1 TBSP fresh lime juice
1/2 c softened cream cheese
3 TBSP honey salt and pepper to taste
